Customers wishing to claim warranty on a product within the warranty period. When calling please ensure that you have the following information:

Model, colour and size of the ceiling fan.
Date and place of purchase.
Installing electrician's licence and phone no.

Installing Electricians who are experiencing problems installing the product or who cannot get the product to operate correctly once installed must read the 'Trouble-Shooting Section' of the installation manual. If the problem still cannot be fixed then the electrician should contact the warranty line.

Revolution and Attitude Warranty Terms:
2 years defect warranty on control module and handset
3 years defect warranty on mechanical parts
5 years defect warranty on electrical motor parts (stator, rotor and windings)
Important: This product is designed to be user serviceable. Parts such as electronic modules and the motor can be removed from the ceiling and replaced without requiring an electrician. On-site labour is therefore not provided for most warranty claims unless special authorisation is obtained from Hunter Pacific International.
